A decade in CGT marketing exposed Founder and CEO Justin Smith to the challenges most small- and mid-sized CGT companies face: underfunding, understaffing, and an inability to deliver cost-effective marketing strategies that move the needle. Justin also served in the United States Marine Corps for five years.

Dominic earned his PhD from the State University of New York at Binghamton and completed his post-doctoral studies in developmental biology at Syracuse Upstate Medical University.
