Orange County Bio Announces New Leadership Advisory Council.
Orange County, CA, August 15, 2024: Orange County Bio announced today the formation of their new Leadership Advisory Council. The Leadership Advisory Council brings together well-recognized and respected leaders in the biotechnology sphere to provide leadership insights and develop best practices for fostering the next generation of leadership within the Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) industry.
Orange County Bio understands the importance of strong leadership in the nascent—yet rapidly growing—CGT field. The newly formed Council will harness their experiences as leaders in the field to promote impactful programs, foster connections and provide guidance for the industry leaders of tomorrow. The Council will host bi-annual presentations to share their wisdom and experiences, will help evaluate Phacilitate’s Advanced Therapies Week Leadership & Professional Development Award, and will participate in various additional leadership-focused events.

Some started at the lab bench and are now leading commercial organizations, while others found their way to the industry by following their passion for helping others.
